1 whole Cucumber - thin slices | |
4 or 6 leaves Spinach | |
4 or 6 pods Snow Peas or Sugar Sap Peas | |
1 or 2 roots Radish - sliced thin | |
1 or 2 tablespoons Cooking Oil, Olive or Coconut Oil | |
2 or 4 tablespoons Avocado - mashed |
Garnish:
1 or 2 tablespoon2 Herbs - dried and powdered | |
¼ teaspoon Salt - optional | |
¼ teaspoon Pepper Corn - grounded - optional |

Directions

Preparation:
Wash fresh, roots, herbs and vegetables clean, and then prep it. Slice radish and cucumber thin, leave the skin.
Next, toast bread the way you like it.
Cook or fry egg the way you like it.

Make the Sandwich:
Spread mashed avocado on the bread, put the sliced radish on top that, put vegetables on top, add slices cucumber, and then the cooked egg.
Sprinkle and garnish it with dried powdered herbs and sandwiched it with the other toasted sliced bread. Enjoy!
