1 or 2 tablespoons Cooking Oil, Olive or Coconut Oil
2 or 4 tablespoons Avocado - mashed
Garnish:
1 or 2 tablespoon2 Herbs - dried and powdered
¼ teaspoon Salt - optional
¼ teaspoon Pepper Corn - grounded - optional

Directions

Preparation:

Wash fresh, roots, herbs and vegetables clean, and then prep it. Slice radish and cucumber thin, leave the skin.
Next, toast bread the way you like it. Cook or fry egg the way you like it.

Spread mashed avocado on the bread, put the sliced radish on top that, put vegetables on top, add slices cucumber, and then the cooked egg.
