Directions

Preparation:
First, peel the bananas, and then use a fork to mash the ripening bananas a bowl.
Next add the sugar, water, with the other ingredients, and then add the flour. Stir in to thick liquid dough. Use a tablespoon; feel the drop if the liquid is smooth and thick. Put to heat a deep-frying pot. Put your stove gauge on high. After one minute, add the oil. Allow burning until there is smoke.

Fry it:
(Note: The fritters will not be oily when you put the stove’s gauge on Hi. The fritters will not absorb the oil if you fry them on Hi flame.)
When the pot gets hot, spoon the banana fritter’s dough into the pot. Drop the banana fritter’s dough, one at a time into the hot oil. Use a fork to lift and work around the fritters. (The fritters will lift easily).
After 3 minutes flip, the banana fritters on the other side. Allow frying for 3 more minutes. Remove the banana fritters. Do the second batch. To prepare, cook banana fritters totals 18 minutes.
