½ dozen Bananas (green) green | |
1 cup Sugar - add this near the end. | |
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extracted | |
½ cup Condensed Milk | |
¼ teaspoon Salt - I use sea salt | |
4cups Water | |
¼ teaspoon Cinnamon Powder | |
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg (grounded) | |
2 tablespoons Flour - optional |

Preparation:
Grate the green banana to mash.
Alternatively blend together with water until smooth..
Put the blended green bananas to boil with the stove gauged on medium/low(4).
Once boil to, put your stove on low. Allow simmering for 30 minutes.
While the banana porridge is simmering, stir it in until it is creamy. Doing this will not make it lumpy.
Stir in occasionally.

Sweetened it:
Add the sugar, spices, vanilla, and a pitch of salt to the coconut milk. Stir in. Put aside until you are ready.
Use the pot's lid, slightly cover it three quarter way.
After the 30 minutes add the milk (coconut milk).
Gentle stir in.
You want the banana porridge to be creamy.
With the stove still on very low. Allow it to boil for another 45 minutes.
