1 cup or whole Mangoes - fresh or frozen buy fresh | |
2 or 3 ripe Bananas | |
1 or 2 tablespoons Sugar - optional |
Garnish:
½ or 1 cup Banana Slices | |
¼ cup Old Fashion Oats - optional | |
¼ or ½ cup Hazel or Walnut - cut in half - use the nuts you like eating |

Preparation:
Wash banana's and mango's skin clean, peel and then prep it. Keep one banana to slice and add it as garnish. Break Nuts to add it as garnish as well.
Blend mango's and banana smooth.

pour it into a bowl. Put the sliced banana on top, dash some oats on it, and then add nuts. Enjoy...!
