¼ or ½ teaspoon Cornstarch | |
2 tablespoons Cooking Oil |
For Dressing
1 set Burger Buns or Bread (toasted) | |
1 or 2 leaves Lettuce - optional | |
1 or 2 tablespoons Tartar Sauce |

Preparation:
Mince fish fillet, add all ingredients not oil. Combine Well, and use your hands compress and shape a round patty.
