¼ or ½ teaspoon Cornstarch
2 tablespoons Cooking Oil
For Dressing
1 set Burger Buns or Bread (toasted)
1 or 2 leaves Lettuce - optional
1 or 2 tablespoons Tartar Sauce

Directions

Preparation:

Mince fish fillet, add all ingredients not oil. Combine Well, and use your hands compress and shape a round patty. .
