2 cups Callaloo or Kale - shred it; you could mix it buy fresh | |
1 small Onion - diced or sliced | |
1 stack Scallion | |
2 cloves Garlic - mash it | |
2 to 4 tablespoons Cooking Oil or Butter or just use Water; or Use nothing | |
1 teaspoon Salt | |
½ whole Scotch Bonnet Pepper - cut it in half - optional |

Directions

Preparation:
Wash the vegetables and seasonings clean.
Chop seasoning fine, and then shred callaloo or kale; you could mix it as well.
Mark as complete

Cook it:
Put a stew pot/pan to medium heat, and then add oil. Leave it for a few second to get hot.
Next, add the onions, stir in for 30 seconds, and add the garlic, then the shredded callaloo over that immediately . Do not stir!.
Use the pan's lid cover it properly, and turn flame down on low-2.
Allow it to make steam, after 2 minutes stir it. Cover it and cook for minute more and finished.
