3 cups Flour (all purpose or cake flour) buy fresh | |

1 cup Butter (nicer the butter, the better cake taste) | |
2 cups Sugar (brown or granulated) | |
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract | |
1 cup Cow's Milk | |
1 teaspoon Salt | |

Directions

Preparation:
Cut two greased papers to size 8.5 to a 9-inches diameter-baking pan.
Greased baking pan, and lay papers. Put aside.
Sift the flour with the baking powder, and salt. Put aside.
Now, dice the room temperature butter, and add the sugar. Use a wooden spoon; cream together.
Next, beat the eggs with the vanilla extract, and add the cow's milk.
Now add the egg mixture to the butter mixture.

After that, pour dough into baking-pan.
Lift and dropped, two to six times releases the air bubbles.
Bake for 55 minutes in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F., using 8.5 to 9 inches baking pan. Do not over bake.

Check it:
Insert toothpick if it is clean, you are finished. Allow cooling, before removing cake from the pan. Score between cake and baking pan.
Flip baking pan with cake over, use your palm to hold the surface of the cake, removed greased papers, and then place on plate slice serve 24 people. Keep refrigerated for 5 days freshness.
