1 lb Chicken's Parts (chopped in chunks) buy fresh | |
1 to 2 stacks Scallion (diced) | |
1 ½ medium Onions (diced) | |
6 cloves Garlic (peeled mashed) | |
¼ teaspoon Pimento Berries (dried) | |
1 sprig Thyme (fresh) - (tie to one fingers) | |
1 small Tomato | |
1 tablespoon Salt | |
½ ripe Pepper (Scotch Bonnet); or Fresh Chili Pepper - cut in half | |
¼ inch Ginger Root (wash it, do not peel) - optional | |
1 teaspoon Vinegar - white or flavored | |
¼ piece Sweet/Bell Pepper (diced) - optional | |
3 to 4 tablespoons Ketchup - optional | |
2 to 4 tablespoons Cooking Oil | |
1 head Cabbage; green or red (take leaves apart) | |
1 small Carrots (diced) - optional |
THE CHEF RECOMMENDS USING THESE HERBS,.! (for those who wants to use powdered seasonings add: 1 + 1/2 tablespoons of All Purpose Seasoning, 1 teaspoon of Tenderizer instead):

Directions

Preparation:
Wash, strip, and dice seasonings good. Shred cabbage! Wash chicken clean in drops of white vinegar and some water. Rinse it!
Marinade the chicken chunks for some hours or overnight.
Mark as complete

Cook it:
Put a stew pot/pan to medium heat, and then add oil. Leave for a minute. Next add the chicken chunks in the heating oil. Allow to fry golden on one side for 3 minutes. Flip it and fry the other side golden for 2 to 3 minutes. You might need to remove some cooking oil.
After that, add the onions, allow saute for 30 seconds, and add the garlic, saute it, then add the cabbage immediately over that. Stir it once flip the cabbage to the bottom.
Allow to fry for 1 to 2 minutes before you stir it again.
While the cabbage is frying put the herbs flakes on top of the cabbage.
Use a cooking spoon with the holes; flip and stir it in gently. Add the diced tomato, and then stir it.
Allow to fry for 1 to 2 minutes before you stir again.
Give it a final stir, then turn off the stove.
