2 or more tablespoons Coconut Oil, or Olive Oil (any oil is good) - use to fry chicken only |
For Dressing
1 set Burger Buns or two thick slices of bread (If using sliced bread double it) | |
2 leaves Lettuce | |
2 slices Onion (sliced) - saute it or eat it raw | |
2 slices Tomatoes | |
1 slices Cheese | |
1 tablespoon Real Mayonnaise (optional) | |
1 tablespoon Ketchup (optional) |

Directions

Make it:
Sprinkle some salt maybe ½ teaspoon onion and garlic powder. Hot, skillet with oil for few seconds.
Fry Chicken golden 3 to 4 minutes on each side and then finished. Ensure cook is cook properly. Dress sandwich!
