½ to 1 lb Chicken Breast (Boneless) buy fresh
2 or more tablespoons Coconut Oil, or Olive Oil (any oil is good) - use to fry chicken only
For Dressing
1 set Burger Buns or two thick slices of bread (If using sliced bread double it)
2 leaves Lettuce
2 slices Onion (sliced) - saute it or eat it raw
2 slices Tomatoes
1 slices Cheese
1 tablespoon Real Mayonnaise (optional)
1 tablespoon Ketchup (optional)

Directions

1.

Make it:

Sprinkle some salt maybe ½ teaspoon onion and garlic powder. Hot, skillet with oil for few seconds.
Fry Chicken golden 3 to 4 minutes on each side and then finished. Ensure cook is cook properly. Dress sandwich!
