1 cup + 2 oz Flour (all purpose flour) buy fresh | |
¾ cup Sugar (granulated) | |
¼ teaspoon Cinnamon Powder (optional) | |
1 large Eggs | |
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg (grated) - optional | |
¼ teaspoon Vanilla Extract | |
½ teaspoon Baking Soda | |
½ teaspoon Salt | |
1 cup Chocolate Chips (keep that frozen, or cooled) | |
½ cup Butter (one stick) unsalted | |
½ cup Nuts (I used crushed peanuts) - optional |
Baking Tools to use:
• Baking Board | |
• Rolling Pin | |
• Cookie Cutters or Use your fingers and palms |

Directions

Preparation:
Sift together in a bowl, the flour, with the other dry ingredients.
Now in separate bowl, Mix the butter and mixed brown and granulated sugar. Stir in add the egg and mix again.
Next combine butter mixture with flour mixture, and add the chocolate chips. You can add crushed nuts if you want.
Combine well with a wooden spoon.
shape and flatten cookie dough to a regular cookie shape.
Mark as complete

Bake it:
Place the cookies on a none grease baking tray.
In a preheated oven set at 375 bake the cookies for 10 minutes. (More or less)
You could sprinkle more powdered sugar on top. To me, it's delicious plain.
Allow to cool. Chocolate Chip Cookie is good dessert snack.
