Directions
1.
Preparation:
Lightly greased 9 x 2 x 5 inches loaf-pan, and lay two greased papers.
In a large bowl, combined flour, sugar, melted butter, and mashed nuts. (My method combines all ingredients into a clean plastic bag, or use zip lock bag, do not melt butter this way. This is topping, put aside for later.)
Prepare flour first by sifting with baking soda and baking powder etc.
Put aside for later! Preheat oven to 375 degrees F, 10 minutes before.

2.
Preheat Oven; Eggs:
Always prepare egg mixture last to avoid raw cake.
Now, combine beaten egg, cow's milk with butter.
Use wooden spoon or mixer; combine egg, and sifted flour mixture to smoothness. After that, pour dough into baking-pan.
Lift and dropped baking pan three to six times releases air bubbles.
