1 small Onion - diced
1 small stack Scallion - diced
½ lb Chicken Breast - cooked or raw - chopped small chunks
1 pack Soup Noodle - do not use the noodle use package seasoning that is in it
2 or 3 cloves Garlic - mashed
THE CHEF RECOMMENDS USING THESE HERBS,.! (for those who wants to use powdered seasonings add: ½ teaspoon of All Purpose Seasoning instead):
½ or 1 teaspoon Cilantro or Parsley (dried or fresh)
½ or 1 teaspoon Basil (dried or fresh)
½ or 1 teaspoon Rosemary (dried or fresh) light mayonnaise

Directions

Preparation and Cooking:

Chop seasonings fine, and then tenderized pasta. Boil it for 4 minutes on medium heat. Next, put a skillet to medium heat, and then add cooking oil.
Allow it to get hot for 30 seconds, add chicken chunks. Let it cook for 5 to 6 minutes.

Ensure the chicken is cooked properly. After that, add diced onion, scallion few seconds later, and then the mashed garlic. Stir in it...!
