1 cup Water or Coffee | |
1 cup Cow's Milk | |

1 ½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract |
CHOCOLATE FROSTING: (alternatively, buy ready made frosting from the market)
6 ounces Chocolate Chops (lightly sweetened) | |
1 cup or stick Butter, (unsalted and room temperature) | |
2 cups Powdered Sugar, or Icing Sugar (sifted) | |
1 ½ teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extracted |

Directions

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. (or 180 degrees C) 10 minutes before baking.
First, lightly buttered and line two - 7.5 inches baking pans each with two greased papers.
Sift the flour, baking powder, soda, and cinnamon powder, grated nutmeg, salt, and cocoa powder. Put aside.
Cream the room temperature butter with sugar.

Mix Dough:
After that, add an egg, mix each properly between eggs.
Add coffee grains to mixture. Add the cow's milk, vanilla extract, and stir in.
Next, add the flour mixture. Stir in properly. Use mixer blend the dough smooth. The chocolate cake's dough will be thin.
Now, pour into two separate baking pans, equally.

Bake it:
Bake at 350 degrees F. just until set in the middle, at 38 minutes. If you used an 8.5 inches baking pan the time will be 27 minutes.
Insert toothpick a few moist crumbs is fine. Do not over-bake!
Allow cakes to cool.
To avoid the cake from deflating turned it upside down between two loaf-baking pans, leaving surface free from touching.
After cakes cools, use knife to score between cake baking-pan. Flip to remove the cakes. Remove the greased papers.
Now, you are ready, add the frosting to the cakes.

Frosting:
Melt butter and chocolate chips in a cooking pot on low heat.
Add the vanilla. Stir in properly.
Now, sift the powdered sugar onto the mixture.
Use your mixer to beat it properly.
After that, use spatula adds frosting to the cake.
Add the second cake and continue frosting, until the cake covers with chocolate frosting.
If you do not want to make your own frosting, buy from nearest supermarket.
