1 or more teaspoons Salt | |
2 to 3 tablespoons Fish Seasoning (homemade); or buy ready-made | |
1 or 2 cups Cooking Oil | |
1 or 2 cloves Garlic - peeled; (to be dropped in heating cooking oil only) - optional | |
½ inch Ginger Root (to be dropped in heating cooking oil only) - optional |
THE CHEF RECOMMENDS BLENDING ANY OR ALL THESE HERBS IN SEASONING,.! (for those who wants to rub on fish powdered seasonings add: 1 + 1/2 tablespoons of All Purpose Seasoning, 1 teaspoon of Tenderizer instead):

Preparation & Frying it:
The seasonings must first be stripped, washed and diced. Now sprinkle the salt and the black pepper onto and in between the fishes, and add all the seasonings. Allow to marinate for a while. Next step is for the festival add the 2 cups of flour, one teaspoon of sugar, the nutmeg, ½ cup of cornmeal, one teaspoon of salt and ¾ cup of water. Combine to make a dough. Fry festival first, so put a frying pot to be hot. Then add the oil with the gauge on 8. Allow the pot to be hot for three minutes.
Now make some spinners; and pull the ends to a length of four to five inches; next add them to the hot oil. Allow to fry on one side for four minutes, then the other side for three minutes. Now once you are completed with those. Turn the gauge on (hi). And get ready to fry the fish. At a time add one fish to a very hot oil and pot. And allow to fry on one side for six minutes then flip the fish to fry for four minutes. Note: (For the best fried fish; do not over fry them).

Put the fishes in a serving dish and drizzle one teaspoon of white vinegar over the fishes. Followed by putting some fresh sliced onions over it.
