Directions

Preparation:
First, grease 9 x 2 x 5 inches loaf-baking pan with butter lightly, along with an empty bowl. Put aside for later!
Add the yeast to warm or room temperature water until dissolves.

Mix Dough:
Combined all dried ingredients into bowl. Mix in properly!
Now, knead butter, flour mixture to crumble into bowl. Using your fingers is best.
Next, add yeast water to buttered flour mixture. Knead to dough!
Put the dough into buttered empty bowl. Rub butter on dough properly.
Mark as complete

Proofing:
Cover properly with clean dry kitchen towel for 25 minutes swelling dough.
After that, place dough on floured baking board using ¼-cup flour more.
Use hands and fingers knead fold over dough for 15 minutes releases carbon dioxide gas. Use right mixer if have.
Now, rub butter on dough, and then place back into greased bowl, 45 minutes for more proofing.

Shape Log, Proof it more, and then Bake it:
On same baking board place dough, use rolling pin to form rectangular shape with the dough.
Roll the dough tightly with your fingers forming log shape. Do this, as you would roll up a sleeping bag for storage.
Fold corners inside the dough as you roll it tightly.
Next, place log shaped dough tightly in the greased loaf pan.
Put in dry place; allow dough to proof for 40 minutes. This also removes the extra carbon dioxide gas.
16. After all that, bake for 25 minutes at 375 degrees F. Allow cooling!
17. Slices served eight people. Keep sealed out 3 days in refrigerator for 3 days freshness.
