1 cup Kidney Beans (pressure cook for 20 minutes, alternatively you could use the canned beans.) buy fresh | |
4 cups Water (to pressure beans) | |
½ cup Water ( after pressuring beans) | |
1 tablespoon Coconut Oil (optional) | |
½ teaspoon Pimento Berries - dried | |
4 cloves Garlic | |
6 spices Whole Cloves (dried) | |
1 small Onion (diced) | |
2 small Tomatoes | |
½ piece Cho cho (diced) | |
1 medium Carrot (diced) | |
1 whole Turnip (diced fine) | |
1 whole Irish Potatoes (peel and cut to cubes) | |
sprig Thyme - (tie together two fingers.) | |
1 teaspoon Basil (dried or fresh) | |
1 tablespoon Cilantro & or Parsley (dried or fresh) | |
1 or more teaspoon Rosmary (dried or fresh; diced fine) | |
1 teaspoon Marjoram (dried or fresh) | |
1 teaspoon Oregano (dried or fresh) | |
½ piece Scotch Bonnet Pepper | |
25 grams pack Coconut Powder (If using coconut milk use 1 or 2 cups less water - optional |
Dumpling Spinners: (Make a dough, next break small pieces off, then use one make the spinner dumpling by putting it between your palm then roll to make spinner dumplings.)

Directions

Preparation:
Peel, wash, and diced all the vegetables put aside.
First, clean and put to soak the red kidney for 15 minutes.
Second, put to heat a pressure cooker, add 4 cups of water, then the red kidney beans.
Mark as complete

Cook it:
Put your stove gauge on flame 4. When the pressure-cooker, start to whistle. Allow to cook for 20 minutes.
Once completed, add the wheat or flour spinners.
Allow to simmer for 10 minutes, with the pot slightly covered.
After that, add the onions, pimento seeds, pepper, garlic, and thyme. Allow to cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
After that time, add the coconut milk powder stir in and cover the pot with lid properly.
Allow to cook for 10 minutes more and finish.

Cook it More:
Turn stove on Hi flame brew until starts sticking on pot's bottom, then finish.
The Ital Stew peas will get thick as it cools..
Now this part is for the none ital additives.
The total time is 40 minutes.
