1 lb Ground Beef (not minced meat) - use to make meatballs buy fresh
½ medium Onions (diced or spiced)
4 cloves Garlic (mashed)
1 stack Scallion (diced)
½ teaspoon Cilantro & or Parsley (dried or fresh) - flakes
½ teaspoon Rosemary (dried or fresh) - flakes
½ teaspoon Sage (dried or fresh) - flakes
½ or 1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Cooking Oil - (use it to fry only)
Pasta & Sauce:
2 cups or 8 to 12 ounces pack Elbows
2 or 3 cups Alfredo Sauce (ready-made)

Directions

Preparation; Cook Meatballs:

First, add salt, herbs, diced onion, scallion and ground beef into a bowl. Combine well, and then make meatballs. (Do not add flour or cornstarch,…!)
Second, put large saucepan on medium/low heat, and then add oil. After, 30 seconds add meatballs, allow frying on one side for 1 to 2 minutes, flip it and fry the other side for 2 minutes more or less. Ensure meatballs are cooked properly and it is not raw in middle.(break one and look,..!) Drain oil or remove meatballs. Put it aside for later!

Cook Pasta, and then make the Chicken Alfredo:

Next, tenderized elbow pasta by boiling it for 6 to 8 minutes, and then drain the water. Now, put same saucepan on medium/low heat and add 1 to 2 tablespoons oil. Allow to get hot for 20 seconds, add diced onion, and then scallion. Allow to saute for 30 seconds, add garlic allow saute for 10 second, add cooked ham, herbs, and then Alfredo sauce with the cooked elbow pasta. (Note: leave back few meatballs to put on top the meal at serving.)
At this point, reduce heat to low, stir in it properly, use the pan’s lid cover it, and allow cooking for 1 between 2 minutes. Finished…!
