½ or 1 lb Mediterranean Tuna - boneless and skinless; or use canned tuna chunks. buy fresh | |
½ cup White Cheese | |
¼ cup Walnut; or add your favorite nut | |
½ cup or 2 to 3 Tomatoes - plum cut in quarter | |
1 or 2 cups Lettuce - break it up | |
¼ or ½ cup Red Cabbage - shred it - optional | |
¼ or ½ cup Basil - fresh | |
¼ or ½ cup Parsley - fresh - optional ¼ | |
1 or 2 whole Eggs - boiled | |
½ whole Carrot - flakes - optional | |
¼ cup Bell Pepper - flakes | |
4 leaves Spinach |
For Dressing
1 or 2 pack Salad Dressing - add your favorite dressing | |
1 dash White Cheese - chunks | |
1 dash Croutons - or use toasted bread cubes |

Preparation:
Wash vegetables clean, and prep it.
Cook steam fish for 3 to 4 minutes. or Grill it for the same time. Ensue tuna is cooked properly.
Toss salad, add cooked tuna. Allow patron to add salad dressing.
