¼ or ½ cup Parsley - fresh - optional ¼
1 or 2 whole Eggs - boiled
½ whole Carrot - flakes - optional
¼ cup Bell Pepper - flakes
4 leaves Spinach
For Dressing
1 or 2 pack Salad Dressing - add your favorite dressing
1 dash White Cheese - chunks
1 dash Croutons - or use toasted bread cubes
