3/4 cup Flour (all purpose flour) buy fresh
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Vanilla Extracted
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg (grounded) or Cinnamon Powder - optional
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
½ teaspoon Baking Soda
1 tablespoon Sugar (granulated)
½ cup Cow's Milk or use Buttermilk instead
1 large Egg
Used the following Tools:
1 pot or pan Skillet (large), or use (Pizza Tray), etc.
1 gadget Spatula (flat metal is best)
1 gadget Mixer or Wooden Spoon light mayonnaise

Directions

1.

Preparation:

Sift the dried ingredients, flour, and baking powder together. Add salt, sugar, and then pour the cow's milk with the egg in the center.
Use a wooden spoon or a mixer; mix bather smooth.
Mark as complete

Cook it:

Put to heat a skillet or a frying pan/pot; sometime I use a pizza tray. Gauge stove on flame 6(Hi), then add some oil.
Pour one scoop (¼ cup) of dough into the hot pot. Allow until golden brown on each side. Allow to cool and eat with what you like.
