2 lbs Red Snapper or Grout Fish (Any Fish can use) buy fresh | |
1 tablespoon Salt | |
1 medium Onions (peel and diced) | |
1 ½ cloves Garlic (peel and diced) | |
2 stacks Stallion (peel and diced) | |
1 ripe Scotch Bonnet Pepper (diced) | |
sprig Thyme (fresh) - use for flavoring only - (tie to the size of three fingers) |

Directions

Preparation & Cooking it:
Marinate fish for several hours overnight is best.
Use a fork, remove the excess vegetable seasonings.
Stuff fish with enough stuffing.
Grease foil with butter or oil lightly (this will prevent sticking).
Wrap stuffed fish with foil tightly and properly.
Roast on each side for 6 between 8 minutes on a hot grill, and then finished.
