2 lbs Red Snapper or Grout Fish (Any Fish can use) buy fresh
1 tablespoon Salt
1 medium Onions (peel and diced)
1 ½ cloves Garlic (peel and diced)
2 stacks Stallion (peel and diced)
1 ripe Scotch Bonnet Pepper (diced)
sprig Thyme (fresh) - use for flavoring only - (tie to the size of three fingers)

Directions

Preparation & Cooking it:

Marinate fish for several hours overnight is best. Use a fork, remove the excess vegetable seasonings. Stuff fish with enough stuffing.
