1 ripe Scotch Bonnet Pepper (diced)
1 green Scotch Bonnet Pepper (diced)
sprig Thyme (tie to size of three fingers)
2 tablespoons Browning
ROASTED PORK PEPPER SAUCE: (use this to pour or sprinkle on the roast pork)
1 tablespoon Salt
3 medium Onions (diced)
3 heads Garlic (peel and diced)
5 stacks Scallion (peel and diced)
3 ripe Scotch Bonnet Pepper (diced)
sprig Thyme (tie to three finger(diced)
2 to 3 cups White Vinegar
(Chop vegetables seasonings fine, and then boil it on very low frame, for 15 minutes).
