1 green Scotch Bonnet Pepper (diced) | |
sprig Thyme (tie to size of three fingers) | |
2 tablespoons Browning |
ROASTED PORK PEPPER SAUCE: (use this to pour or sprinkle on the roast pork)
1 tablespoon Salt | |
3 medium Onions (diced) | |
3 heads Garlic (peel and diced) | |
5 stacks Scallion (peel and diced) | |
3 ripe Scotch Bonnet Pepper (diced) | |
sprig Thyme (tie to three finger(diced) | |
2 to 3 cups White Vinegar | |
(Chop vegetables seasonings fine, and then boil it on very low frame, for 15 minutes). |
