Adjust Servings
2 lbs Ground Beef (not minced meat) buy fresh
1 small Onion (diced); or use tsp. powder
½ piece Scotch Bonnet Pepper or Red Pepper - or use ½ tsp. black pepper
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Rosemary (dried or fresh)
½ teaspoon Basil (dried or fresh diced fine)
½ teaspoon Cilantro & or Parsley (dried or fresh diced fine)
½ teaspoon Marjoram (dried or fresh diced fine)
1 teaspoon Oregano (dried or fresh diced fine)
1 stack Scallion (diced fine) - optional
14 less or more ounces Tomato Sauce
1 small stick Carrot or Celery (diced)
2 cloves Garlic (mashed); or use ¼ tsp. powder
Addictive & the Pasta:
add much as you could stomach Cheddar Cheese Powder
PASTA:
8 to 12 ounces pack Spaghetti
¼ teaspoon Salt
enough Water

Directions

Preparation:

Peel, wash, and prepare all the vegetable. Add salt and to the ground beef.
Use your hands to make balls. Put the Spaghetti Noodles to boil in enough water for 8 to 12 minutes. After that, you can add one tablespoon of oil so the spaghetti wouldn't stick.

Cook it:

Put to a pot a frying, add oil and allow to hot for one minute. With the stove gauged on medium Hi. You could lightly flour the meatballs before frying, or not. Next fry the meatballs 3 minutes around each side. Ensure it is cooked though.
After that, add the diced vegetables stir-fry for 30 seconds, and then add the tomatoes sauce. Stove gauged on medium low. Add the dried herbs. Next, add the fried meatballs, allow to soak. My word of advise is to cook the spaghetti noodles 15 minutes before serving.

Mix the chicken with the barbecue sauce:
