¼ or ½ cup Cauliflower - cut small florets - (you could steam cook this for 2 minutes) - optional
¼ or ½ cup Tangerine or Orange Citrus - cut out the fruit and use that
¼ cup Tomato - diced it - optional
3 or 6 leaves Parsley - fresh
¼ or ½ cup Strawberry - diced or cut in cubes
Garnish:
1 or 2 tablespoons Herbal - dried powder
¼ or ½ cup White Cheese - add flakes, or small pieces

Directions

Preparation:

Wash fruit clean, and prep it with the vegetables for the next step.
Cut avocado in half vertically. Remove the seed. Leave the skin, it will be a natural bowl. After that, add and stuff fruits and vegetables into the avocado. Garnish it with white cheese chunks and sprinkle dried powdered herbs on top.
