1 stack Scallion, (or Chive) | |
2 spices Whole Cloves | |
sprig Thyme - (tie together one finger) | |
1 teaspoon Rosemary | |
1 teaspoon Marjoram | |
¼ cup Raisins – optional, adding makes meal interesting | |
¼ cup Peanuts (raw) – optional, adding makes meal interesting | |
1 teaspoon Vinegar - white or flavored | |
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg (grounded) | |
1 ¾ to 2 cups Coconut Milk, or 50 grams powder with water |

Directions

Preparation:
Peel, strip, wash, and prepare all the vegetables, clean potatoes properly. Cut potatoes in half, and then quarter chunks.
Put to heat frying pot for stewing. Gauge stove's flame on medium/low
Once pot dries, add oil, and then diced onion with the scallion. Stir in for 20 seconds sautéing.

Cook it:
After that, add diced potatoes sauté a minute between two; add coconut milk, pepper and the herbs. Cover properly; allow simmering 15 between 20 minutes, with stoves’ flame gauges medium/low (4).
Sometime if you added plenty water, keeping lid slightly opened or off evaporates water effectively. When gravy starts sticking to the pot’s bottom, it is thick enough and soon ready.
Add the diced cho-cho, raisins or nuts to sauce in the end, when you finishes. Serve Sweet Potato Run dung / Sweet Potato Coconut Stew with brown rice, accompaniment with lettuce and, or sliced tomatoes is nice. Total cooking time: 25 minutes, leave out 2 hours prior cooking, seal refrigerate 2 days.
