1 or 2 whole Chicken Breasts, cut in in strips or fingers; (sometimes Called "tenders" Or "strips") buy fresh | |
¼ teaspoon Salt | |
½ medium Onions (peeled and diced) - or use the tbsp powder | |
1 tablespoon Chicken Seasoning (all purpose) | |
1 or 2 cups Cooking Oil - use for frying only | |
1 or 2 cups Flour (for coating only) |

Directions

Cook the chicken (or substitute 2 cups shredded cooked chicken):
Put pan over fire, add cooking oil, let it get hot for a minute.
Coat marinated chicken with flour, and then fry it golden 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
Mark as complete
