1 ½ cups Flour, sifted (all-purpose, baking, or cake flour) buy fresh | |

½ cup Cow's Milk | |
2 whole Eggs (beaten) | |
1 teaspoon Nutmeg (grounded) | |
¾ cup Sugar (brown or granulated) | |
¼ butter Butter | |
1 tablespoon Condensed milk (optional) | |
½ to 1 teaspoon Strawberry Essence (more is best) | |
½ to 1 teaspoon Pineapple Essence (more is best) | |
¼ to ½ cup Mixed cup of Raisins, diced Cherry, and Mixed Peel (soak) | |
1 teaspoon Baking Soda |

Directions

Preparation:
Dice cherries and soak mixed peel fruits with raisins in water. Use any diced frozen or dried fruit as well, thou optional. (Do not use water, when ready for it removed water). Divide soaked fruits in half.
Cut two greased papers to baking pan sized 9 x 2 x 5 inches loaf pan.
Greased the baking pan, and lay the papers. Put aside.

Mix Dough:
First sift flour than measure 1 ½ cups. Add baking powder, salt, and grated nutmeg. Alternatively, you cannot sift now again, wait do over liquid mixture. Put aside.
Now, combine oil, with the sugar. Mix in with wooden spoon.
Add, beaten eggs, vanilla extract, strawberry, and pineapple flavoring. Add half-soaked fruits, and add the cow's milk. Mix in!
Next, add sifted flour mixture to the liquid mixture, or sift over it. Use a mixer, or a wooden spoon to beat dough properly.

Bake it:
After that, pour dough into baking pan.
Lift and dropped, two to six times releases the air bubbles.
Sprinkle soaked fruits and raisins on top. Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 375 degrees F. Keep oven closed within time!
Score, flip baking pan with cake over, and use your palm to hold the surface of the cake, remove greased papers.
A thin slice serves 18 to 24 people. Keep sealed out 4 days in refrigerator for 2 days freshness.
