1 or 2 whole Eggs buy fresh | |
¼ or ½ teaspoon Salt | |
1 cup Cheese (Cheddar or Mozzarella) - use your favorite | |
1 or 2 tablespoons Cooking Oil | |
2 tablespoons Onion - diced | |
2 tablespoons Bell/Sweet Pepper - diced | |
1 tablespoon Scallion - diced - optional | |
1 or 2 tablespoons Milk or Water - optional | |
1 or 2 tablespoons Tomato |
Eat it with any of the following Accompaniment:
2 slices Bread (toasted or not toasted) (brown or white) | |
1 set English Muffins | |
1 pack Crackers | |
1 or 2 teaspoons Parsley, or Cilantro (use this to garnish it as well) |

Directions

Preparation:
Wash vegetables clean, and then prep it.
Break eggs, and then whisk it. You could add water or not.
Mark as complete

Cook it:
Put skillet to low heat, after 40 second add whisked egg. Allow it to fry enough that you could fold it or roll it.
Sprinkle some shredded cheese and salt in middle. Use a spatula, roll it good, and then finished.
Garnish with diced vegetables and then add cheese on the top.
