2 to 4 tablespoons Cooking Oil
2 teaspoons Salt
2 small Tomatoes
2 small Carrots
1 tablespoon Cilantro & or Parsley (dried or fresh)
4 cloves Garlic (mashed, or gain to puree)
1 medium Irish Potato (peeled and diced)
sprig Thyme - tie together the size of 1 finger
1 teaspoon Browning (alternatively burn 1 tablespoon of Brown Sugar before you fry.
½ cup Coconut Milk
1 ½ cup Water

Directions

Preparation:

Soak the chunks in water to cover it for 10 minutes. After that, drain well. Peel, wash, and diced all the vegetables.
Put to heat a dutch pot. After one minute, add the garlic and, add the coconut oil, then onions. With your stove flame set on medium 4. Stir-fry for one minute.
