½ cup Flour (all purpose flour) buy fresh | |
½ teaspoon Salt | |
¼ teaspoon Vanilla Extracted | |
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg (grounded) or Cinnamon Powder - optional | |
1 teaspoon Baking Powder | |
1 whole Egg | |
½ teaspoon Baking Soda | |
1 tablespoon Sugar (granulated) | |
½ cup Coconut Milk Powder (25g) mixed with 1/2 cup water; use Cow's Milk or Buttermilk instead | |
¼ cup Whole Wheat or Bran |
Used the following Tools:
1 pot or pan Skillet (large), or use (Pizza Tray), etc. | |
1 gadget Spatula (flat metal is best) | |
1 gadget Mixer or Wooden Spoon |

Directions

Preparation:
Sift the dried ingredients wheat flour and baking powder together.
Add salt, sugar, and then pour the cow's milk with the egg in the center.
Use a wooden spoon or a mixer; mix bather smooth.
Mark as complete

Cook it:
Put to heat a skillet or a frying pan/pot; sometime I use a pizza tray. Gauge stove on flame 6(Hi), then add some oil.
Pour one scoop (¼ cup) of dough into the hot pot.
Allow until golden brown on each side.
Allow to cool and eat with what you like.
Mark as complete
